Indeed, and I couldn’t agree more, reminds of the late Whitney Houson – “learning to love yourself, is the greatest love of all. “
Wow..Whitney..what an amazing spirit she is, that will always live on! She has her music in the world forever, and that one song is truly a classic on self love.
Laura,
your right with loving others and we should look for only the good in them. Celebrate that and make it joyous for them. Making people feel good and wanted is a key. The more you give to others from that inner heart of yours. The more you will surround yourself with the same and no effort will be on your part.
You control everything that happens to you. Start accepting responsibility for that. Then get with a superior coach such as Laura for the next step. Nothing will ever be the same.
Thank you Laura for giving yourself daily to all of us. You being transparent says allot about your character. I appreciate you!

Lots of Love!
Easier said that done… loving and accepting yourself takes a long time, lots of development, and lots of focus on what you can control vrs what you can’t control…
I still find that I worry about what other people think… even now… I’m a lot better than I used to be…
Thanks Laura,
Gavin
You?! Naaaa. Just kidding. We all struggle with self worth and whether people think we are up to it. It is up to us to love ourselves unconditionally, then the rest will come.
I so agree Laura!
